How to steep

Use 1 heaping teaspoon per 8 fl oz of fresh water heated to 185°F. Pour water over the tea and steep for 2–3 minutes for optimal flavor. Enjoy 1–2 steeps; use fresh leaves often.

Packaging and freshness

We package our teas within 30 days of blending. Each small batch is immediately sealed in a resealable natural Kraft stand-up pouch or a 6-inch-tall tea tin with a slip lid to seal in freshness.
